Put the bell bracket into the corresponding
position of the handlebar and tighten the
screw with a Phillips screwdriver.
Pre-assemble the wheel reflector, gaskets
and screws as shown in the picture, and
tighten them with a No. 4 internal hexagon
and a No. 8 open-end wrench.
