INSTALLING COOK SURFACE
Tighten two front captive fastener screws into fastener
slots located underneath cook surface (non visible).
Lift surface slightly to check screws are secure in
slots.
STEP 9: Tighten the two captive screws clockwise so they engage into the slots on the
underside of the cook surface. Test to ensure screws are secure by lifting cook surface
slilghtly. If screws are secure, cook surface should not move more than 1/16”. Remove all
protective cardboard on cook surface and drip pan.
