GAS SUPPLY

Step 10: Connect Gas using stainless steel fl exible hose coupling supplied to outside gas
service. All Affi nity gas grills ship pre-confi gured for Natural Gas (NG) service unless otherwise
indicated on the Safety Label mounted to the right inside spillover drawer. If confi gured for
Natural Gas, the inlet pressure is at 7” Water Column (Fixed). If confi gured for LP Propane, the
inlet pressure is at 11” Water Column (Fixed).
Refer to pages 21-24 for specifi c instructions regarding LP and NG connections, checking for
gas leaks and recognizing abnormal gas operation (page 29).

THIS COOKTOP. THIS PERSON SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH GAS SERVICE
INSTALLATIONS AND ALL LOCAL CODES. PROPER CONNECTIONS ARE
ESSENTIAL FOR EFFICIENT OPERATION AND SAFETY.
