MANUAL PRINTER CLEANING
Recommended cleaning cycle: Every 10000 cards or after each technical hardware maintenance.
Servicing accessories: Evolis pre-saturated cleaning cards, cotton swabs, wipes, dry air pressure
spray.
Remove cards from the printer.
Cleaning cards can only be used once.
The frequency and quality of cleaning are determining factors to prolong the life of the print
head, printer, prevents printing and feeding issues. Special care should be taken for this
operation. Do not hesitate to use several pre-saturated cleaning cards if necessary.
Blow the different parts of the printer with a dry air pressure spray to remove dust before the
cleaning.
