INSTALLING A CUTTING BLADE.
20mm Ø22.2mm and Ø25.4mm bore blades)
WARNING: Always disconnect the machine from the power
supply before attempting to install or remove a blade.
Ensure that the machines arbor and the blade flanges are
clean and free from any dust or debris.
Ensure that the direction of rotation marked on the blade
matches the direction of rotation marked on the machines
guard.
Install blade flange (a) on the inner side of the blade. (Fig. 1)
Install the blade with reference to the direction of rotation
arrows.
Install the outer blade flange (b) and insert the arbor bolt
(c) into the machines arbor, for your appropriate machine.

All Machines:
Press the arbor lock to lock the machines arbor. (Fig. 2)
Tighten the arbor bolt using the supplied multi-tool. (Fig. 3)
• Release the arbor lock.
Carefully rotate the blade by hand and check that it is
secure, correctly positioned on the blade flanges and that
it rotates freely.
REMOVING A CUTTING BLADE
(All Evolution Machines)
Press the arbor lock to lock the machines arbor.
Loosen and remove the arbor bolt using the supplied
multi-tool.
• Withdraw the outer washer and blade flange.
• Remove the blade.
If necessary remove the inner blade flange for inspection
and/or cleaning.
