Movingthechokeleverrearwardwillputthechoke
inthe“ON”positionandmovingthechokeleverto
theforwardwillputthechokeinthe“OFF”position.

position.
ThrottleControl
Locatedontheengine.
Thethrottleisusedtocontrolenginespeed.Moving
thethrottleleverrearwardwillincreaseenginespeed
andmovingthethrottleleverforwardwilldecrease
enginespeed.
EngineOn/OffSwitch
LocatedonthefrontRHsideoftheengine.
Rotatetheswitchclockwisetothe“ON”position
beforestartingtheengine.Rotatetheswitch
counterclockwisetothe“OFF”positiontokillthe
engine.
FuelShut-OffValve
Locatedontheengine.
Thefuelshut-offvalveisusedtoshutoffthefuel
whenthemachinewillnotbeusedforafewdays,
duringtransporttoandfromthejobsite,andwhen
parkedinsideabuilding.
Rotatedown90degreestoopen.Rotateup90
degreestoclose.
Self-PropelDriveBail
Theself-propeldrivebail,locatedunderthehandle,
controlstheforwardandreversemotionofthe
machine.
Whentheself-propeldrivebailissqueezedagainst
thehandle,theunitgroundspeedwillchangedbased
onthedistancebetweenthebailandthehandle.
Whenthebailisreleased,theunitwillstopmoving.

Iftheengineisrunning,thebladeswillengagewhen

ofthehandlenexttothebladecontrolbail.
Movingthebladecontrollockleverintothefull
forwardpositionallowsthebladecontrolbailtobe
depressed.
Squeezingthebladecontrolbailagainstthehandle
engagestheblade.Releasingthebladecontrolbail
automaticallydisengagestheblade.Thebladecontrol
lockleverwillresettolockthebladecontrolbail.
