bearingandslidethebearingoffoftheshaft.
12.Loosenandremovethelargenutandshortspacer
fromtheshaft.
13.Slidethespaceroffoftheshaft.
14.Carefullyslidethebladesoffoftheshaftand
replacethemasnecessary.
15.Reversetheproceduretoinstalltheassembly.
Note:Rotateeachblade1/6turnfromthe
previousblade.
WARNING
Incorrectinstallationofthebladeor
componentsusedtoretainthebladecan
bedangerous.Failuretousealloriginal
componentsandassembledasshowncould
allowabladeorbladecomponenttobe
thrownoutfromunderthedeckresultingin
seriouspersonalinjuryordeath.
AlwaysinstalltheoriginalExmarkblades,
bladedrivers,andbladeboltsasshown.
16.Returntheunittoitsuprightposition.
17.Connectthewiretothesparkplug.

removesparkplugwire.Engageparkingbrake.
2.Visuallyinspectmachineforanyloosehardware
