SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
You have just acquired this wireless telephone-intercom.
Take time to carefully read these operating instructions before connecting this equipment to mains electricity. They
contain very important safety and operating instructions.
- Only use approved batteries of the same type to avoid damaging the equipment
- The telephone or base station may disrupt the operation of medical equipment.
- The telephone may cause unpleasant murmurs in audio equipment.
- Never install the base station in a bathroom or in a very damp location.
- Do not use the TOPTEL in a location where there is a risk of explosion (e.g. service station, paint workshop, etc.)
- The wireless telephone-intercom requires a 230 V mains electricity supply; it is recommended that you keep a
spare “normal” telephone for use in the event of a power cut.
- Medical equipment may be disrupted by the telephone
- Dispose of batteries and equipment that no longer works in a waste collection centre or at a point of sale; never
throw them away with household waste
- Keep these operating instructions and show them to any new user
DESCRIPTION
- Remove the equipment and accessories from the packaging
- Please check that the following items are present:
- Check that the mains voltage (230 V ~) corresponds to the equipment voltage which is shown on the label on
the adaptor.
- Discard the plastic bags as these may be used for dangerous games by children!
Recommendation: Keep the packaging in case the equipment needs to be transported (e.g. moving house, for
repairs, etc.).
