In case of a visit when you are out, a message “New messages” will be displayed on the screen and the led on the
base station flickers.
You can listen to the welcoming message at any time in “Leave a message” mode
- Select the icon
and then the key
- Select “Play” and then “Ok”
- “Back” to return to the main screen, or “delete old” to delete the message(s)
- In “Menu”, select the icon
, and then validate with “Ok”
- - Select “Message” and then “Ok”
- Select “Play” and then “Ok”
- “Back” to return to the main screen, or “delete old” to delete the message(s)
You can choose from 3 durations (30, 60 or 90 seconds) to set the duration of the message that will be recorded
in “Leave a message” mode.
To select the duration of the “Leave a message” mode announcement:
- In “Menu”, select the icon , and then validate with “Ok”
- Select “Memo length” validate with “Ok”
- Select the duration of your message 30, 60 or 90 seconds. Validate with “Ok”
- “Back” to the main screen
• FUNCTION: “Announcement only”
Select “Announcement only” mode:
As with the “Leave a message” mode, you first have to record a welcoming announcement then select “Ann Only”
mode
To record a welcoming message in “Announcement only” mode:
- In “Menu” select the icon and then validate with “Ok”
- Select “Record Ann” validate with “Ok”
- Select “Greeting message only” validate with “Ok”
- “Record” “Ok”
- Leave your message and finish with “Stop”
- Listen, if the message is the right one, return to the main menu with “return” or record again pressing “ok”
To select “Announcement only” mode:
- In “Menu” select the icon , validate with “Ok”
- Select “Set Mode”, validate with “Ok”
- Select “Greeting message only”
- “Back” to the main screen
- “Door Ann” is displayed on the screen
When your visitor presses the button on the roadside panel, it will play your pre-recorded message (e.g. “I am not
at home, come back later”.)This function does not record your visitor’s message.
