B. OPERATION WITH A DROP-THROUGH ROTARY FEEDER
(OPTIONAL)
IN CASE OF FEEDER BLOCKAGE
1. Switch off the device by pressing first the F2 and then the
F4 button.
2. Wait until the equipment is in complete standstill.
3. Turn the safety switch to 0 position.
4. Turn off compressed air supply and discharge pressure
from compressed air lines. Apply safety lock.
5. Check what is hindering the rotation of the rotor.
6. Remove the blocking substance.
7. Reinstate the operation condition and start the device.
During the operation of the vacuum equipment, the drop-through rotary feeder discharges
continuously into customer's own collecting vessel installed under the footing.
The drop-through rotary feeder starts automatically when the vacuum equipment is started.
Pressing the switch-off button F2 on the control panel initiates post-operation cleaning, during
which also the drop-through rotary feeder rotates for 300 seconds.
Always clean the drop-through rotary feeder after use and check that it is empty. Follow the
safety instructions!
