TESTING OF THE CLEANING SYSTEM
- Start testing by pressing the 'F3' button for 10 seconds.
- First the system runs the work cycle of the closing flaps of the filters three times, so you
should hear the sounds of opening and closing a total of nine times.
- Then the system tests the impulse valves. The valves give a pressure impulse at 10‐
second intervals. If the interval between the impulses is 20 or 30 seconds, some valve is
defective.
- If you detect a malfunction, please see the troubleshooting guide.
MAINTENANCE OF THE DROP-THROUGH ROTARY FEEDER
- Empty the feeder after you have finished the work.
- Check that there is no overheating or unusual noise.
- Check and clean the ends of the rotor.
- Lubricate bearings and seals.
- Check the wear of bearing and bearing caps. Replace with new ones
if necessary.
- Replace worn covers and bearings.
Accumulation of dirt between the rotor and its end can be prevented by guiding low-pressure
air (0.2-0.4 bar) into the gap by means of bushes at the ends.
SUODATTIMIEN PESU
The Teflon filters can be washed with water. The maximum water temperature is 40 °C and the
maximum pressure is 50 bar. Spray the filters from the outside, from a distance of
approximately 400 mm. Follow these restrictions. Otherwise the filters can become damaged.
After washing the filters let them dry for 4 days in indoors at temperatures above 15 °C.
NOTE! Do not install wet filters. The filters must be COMPLETELY dry before use.
