What to do if Facom BC1215 connectors do not spark?

If the battery connectors of your Facom Battery Charger don't spark when touched together, this is usually normal. However, ensure that the AC outlet has power by checking the fuse or circuit breaker. Also, inspect the power and extension cords for loose connections. If the battery's capacity is too large, and its voltage remains below 10V after 2 hours of charging, you may need a charger with a higher amp rate and should have the battery checked. Also check for poor connections at the battery and frame, and replace the in-line fuse for the ring connector if necessary. If using an external battery, and its voltage exceeds that of the unit in power supply mode, replace the external battery.
