Manual mode.
- Switch on the oven by pressing the button
(fig.1)
- Select the STEAM COOKING function
using the + button (fig.2). Press
START
and
the oven switches on. The minimum cooking
time is 15 minutes, (see cooking table, p13).
- If you wish, you can programme cooking
according to the instructions given in the user
instructions (programmed cooking, p8).
Recipe mode.
- The oven has automatic recipes for
traditional dishes using steam cooking. A
DVD containing recipes is supplied with the
oven.
- Switch on the oven by pressing the button
(fig. 3).
- Press the “STEAM ” button (fig. 4).
- Select “Steamer Recipe” by pressing the
button.
The symbol flashes (fig. 5). If you wish,
you can alter the cooking time by pressing the
“+” and “–” buttons.
- Press the
START
button (fig. 6) and check
that the cooking time is displayed (fig. 5).
The oven switches on If you wish, you can
programme the cooking (see p9).
- Once cooking has finished, the oven
switches off and an audible signal sounds.

NOTE: Never open the oven door during the steam cooking cycle.
- Open the oven door slowly and with care, in order not to scald yourself in the steam.
- Remove the steamer from the oven. To do this, use gloves or heat-insulated pot holders.
- Place the set on a sufficiently large surface. Do not rest it on the oven door.
- Lift the rear of the lid, so that the hot steam escapes at the back.
