3.15 USER/TEMPERATURE LIMIT THERMOSTAT
a) Open and drop control panel. Remove cover box and undo thermostat nuts to remove thermostat.
b) Disconnect thermostat wires.
c) Carefully replace in reverse order. Check for any oil leaks.

When ordering spare parts, always quote appliance type and serial number. This information will be found on unit data
plate, located inside the fryer door on LH leg support face.
