Lumina 71 Feed curve

Animal weight
Setting of the theoretical animal weight.
When setting up the animals use animal weight to determine the curve day
from which
the feeding must start. Per feed place the theoretical weight of the
animals based on the feed curve used can be seen.
Am./Anim
Setting of the feed amount per animal per day.
The weight to be fed per animal, per day (i.e. 24-
hour period). The weight is
only relevant when using feeding method DOSING. When feeding method
REGISTRATION is selected, the trough will be filled again whenever it is
empty. Select the feeding method when
setting up the animals and change it
per feed place. Enter the weight in the same unit used to calibrate the
weigher. If the weigher was calibrated in kg, the weight must also be entered
in kg.
EV/animal
Setting of the energy value (EV) per animal.
Feeding cycle
Setting which feeding cycle, among the feed amount, has to be divided.
The portions are always equal. They can be adjusted per feed place by
applying a biorhythm. Feeding cycles can only be selected if a time period
has been entered. The amount of feed to be supplied per feeding cycle must
never exceed the trough capacity at the feed place. Keep this in mind when
using the DOSING
method. If 12 kg of feed per feeding cycle for example is
to be given, the trough must be able to hold this amount. If the trough content
is only 10 kg, 10 kg will be supplied per feeding cycle (2 less than required).
Price
Readout of the feed price per kilogram. The control computer calculates this price
based on the prices of the feed ingredients and the percentage of the ingredient in the
feed curve.
EV mixture
Readout of the total energy value of the feed composition.
Ingred01-20
Setting of which ingredient must be fed.
The sum of the percentages must be 100%. This does not apply to additives;
they are not included in this total sum.In addition, a percentage or weight can
be entered with the additives. This depends on the settings entered per
additive. Consider the possibilities and limitations of the weighing equipment.
Small feed ingredient amounts cannot be weighed using the
weigher/blender. The weigher/blender has a minimum capacity which
set in the system setting Min. charge in WEIGHER / BLENDER. Dose in
small amounts using other, external weighing equipment. Dosing can be time
or pulse based. This is particularly important when dosing in additives.
