Montage Formatschiebetisch XL
Den Formatschiebetisch XL wird kom-
plett montiert in einer separaten Trans-
portkiste geliefert.
Der Tisch ist komplett voreingestellt
und wird mit dem Koppelsystem mon-
tiert und braucht nicht mehr eingestellt
werden.
Den Tisch aus der Verpackung neh-
men und die Befestigungsmuttern
V
von den Bolzen B entfernen.
Siehe Abb. 10
Achtung!
Die oberen Befestigungsmuttern O
dürfen auf keinen Fall verdreht wer-
den, da diese eingestellt sind.
Die unteren Befestigungsmuttern
M
von den Gewindestiften schrauben
und Kugelpfannenpakete herausneh-
men.

Achtung!
Die Kugelpfannenpakete nicht ver-
wechseln und genau bei dem Gewin-
destift verwenden, bei dem sie bei der
Lieferung aufgefädelt waren.
Schiebetisch auf die Koppelplatten

aufsetzten.
Bei den mittleren Gewindestiften
G
müssen vorher die dazugehörigen
Kugelpfannenpaare
P eingefädelt
werden.
Die Grundbahn
H mit den Muttern V
auf den beiden Koppelplatten K
anschrauben.

Transportkeile
TK entfernen, Schiebe-
tischarretierung lösen und Schiebetisch
ganz nach rechts schieben.
Die entsprechenden Kugelpfannen-
paare ständerinnenseitig von unten
auf die Gewindestifte
G stecken und
die Grundbahn
H mit den dazu-
gehörenden Muttern
M festschrauben.

Assembly of panel sliding
table XL
The panel sliding table XL is supplied
completely assembled in a separate
transport box.
The table is entirely preset and is
mounted with the coupling system, so
it need not be set again.
Take the table out of the packaging
material and remove the retaining nuts
V from the bolts B.
See fig. 10.
Attention!
The upper retaining nuts O must not
be turned under any circumstances, as
these have been adjusted.
Remove the lower retaining nuts
M
from the studs and take out the ball
socket assemblies.
See fig. 10.
Attention!
Do not mix up the ball socket assem-
blies and ensure that they are used on
the studs on which they were located
at the time of delivery.
Set the sliding table onto the coupling
plates
K.
Ensure that the middle studs
G have
had their associated ball socket pairs
P threaded onto them.
Bolt the bed track
H onto the two cou-
pling plates
K with the nuts V.
See fig. 11
Remove the transport wedges
TK,
release the sliding table lock and push
the sliding table all the way to the
right.
Place the correct ball socket pairs onto
the studs
G from below inside the
stand and bolt down the bed track
H
with the associated nuts M.

Montaggio carello squadratri-
ce XL
La carello squadratrice XL viene forni-
ta completamente montata in una
cassa separata.
La tavola è completamente preim-
postata e montata con il sistema di
accoppiamento e non ha più bisogno
di essere regolata.
Togliere la tavola dall’imballo e
rimuovere i dadi di fissaggio
V dalle
viti
B.

Attenzione!
I dadi di fissaggio superiori O non
devono mai essere girati, perché sono
registrati.
Avvitare i dadi di fissaggio inferiori
M
delle viti di arresto ed estrarre i gruppi
della sede del perno sferico.

Attenzione!
Non scambiare i gruppi della sede del
perno sferico e utilizzarli esattamente
con la vite di arresto nella quale sono
stati infilati alla consegna.
Appoggiare la tavola scorrevole sulle
piastre di accoppiamento

Nelle viti di arresto centrali
G devono
prima essere infilate le due corrispon-
denti sedi di perno sferico
P.
Avvitare il supporto inferiore
H con i
dadi
V sulle due piastre di accoppia-
mento
K.

Rimuovere i cunei di trasporto
TK,
allentare il bloccaggio della tavola
scorrevole e spostarla completamente
a destra.
Inserire dal basso le due corrispon-
denti sedi di perno sferico nel lato
interno del montante sulle viti di arre-
sto
G e avvitare il supporto inferiore H
con i relativi dadi M.
