Anmerkung zum Lärmpegel
Die vorhin aufgelisteten Werte sind
Emissionswerte und somit keine siche-
ren Arbeitsplatzwerte.
Obwohl ein Zusammenhang zwischen
Emissions- und Immissionspegeln
besteht, kann daraus nicht zuverlässig
abgeleitet werden, ob zusätzliche Vor-
sichtsmaßnahmen notwendig sind.
Faktoren, welche den derzeitigen am
Arbeitsplatz vorhandenen Immisions-
pegel beeinflussen können, beinhal-
ten:
• die Dauer der Einwirkungen,
• die Eigenart des Arbeitsraumes
• andere Einflüsse in der Nachbar-
schaft.
Die zulässigen Arbeitsplatzwerte kön-
nen ebenso von Land zu Land vari-
ieren.
Diese Information soll jedoch jeden
Anwender befähigen, eine bessere
Abschätzung von Gefährdung und
Risiko vorzunehmen.
Je nach Aufstellungsort und anderen
spezifischen Bedingungen können die
auftretenden Lärmemissionswerte bis
zu 4 dB(A) von den angegebenen
Werten abweichen.
Zustand und Schärfe der verwendeten
Werkzeuge sind maßgebend für die
Lärmemission während der Bearbei-
tung.
Um die Lärmemission während der
Bearbeitung so gering wie möglich zu
halten, raten wir Ihnen stets gut
geschärfte Werkzeuge und die richti-
ge Drehzahl zu verwenden.
Die Verwendung von Gehörschutz
wird generell empfohlen, soll aber
kein Ersatz für gut geschärfte Werk-
zeuge und richtige Drehzahlen sein.

The values listed above are emission
levels and are thus may not represent
accurate workplace values.
While emission and immission levels
are related, this cannot be used as a
reliable guide as to whether additional
precautions are required.
Factors that can affect the immission
level in the work area include:
• the duration of the effect,
• the characteristics of the work area
and
• other local influences.
The permissible work area values can
also vary from country to country.
This information should give a better
possibility to the user of the machine
to classify the hazards and risks.
The real noise emission can deviate
from the given values in a range of 4
dB(A) due to specific influences of the
workshop.
The condition and sharpness of the
tools used are decisive for noise emis-
sion levels while working.
We recommend always using well-
sharpened tools and the proper speed
to reduce noise emission levels while
working as much as possible.
The use of hearing protection is gene-
rally recommended, but this cannot be
regarded as a substitute for sharp
tools and the proper speed.

Nota sulla rumorosità
I valori precedentemente elencati sono
valori di emissione e quindi nessun
valore sicuro del posto di lavoro.
Nonostante esista un collegamento tra
soglia di emissioni e soglia di immis-
sioni, non si può dedurre con sicure-
zza se siano necessarie delle precau-
zioni supplementari.
I fattori che possono influenzare
l’attuale soglia di immissioni esistente
sul posto di lavoro, comprendono:
• la durata degli effetti,
• la caratteristica del luogo di lavoro
• altri influssi nelle vicinanze.
I valori ammessi del posto di lavoro
possono anche variare da paese a
paese.
Questa informazione deve però ren-
dere idoneo ogni utente a valutare
meglio il pericolo e il rischio.
A seconda del luogo di installazione e
di altre condizioni specifiche, i valori
di emissione acustica presenti possono
differire dai valori indicati fino a 4
dB(A).
Le condizioni e l’affilatezza degli
utensili usati sono decisivi per l’emis-
sione acustica durante la lavorazione.
Per tenere al minimo possibile l’emis-
sione di rumore durante la lavorazio-
ne, si consiglia di utilizzare sempre
utensili ben affilati e il corretto numero
di giri.
Si raccomanda in generale l’utilizzo
di protettori acustici, ma non devono
rimpiazzare gli utensili ben affilati e il
corretto numero di giri.
