Inbetriebnahme
CF 731(S) / CF 741(S)

Transport / Abladen
Die Maschinen CF 731(S) und
CF 741(S) werden komplett montiert
geliefert.
Der Schiebetisch muß je nach Schnitt-
länge erst aufgebaut werden.
Siehe Kapitel S01
Beim Abladen darauf achten, die
Maschine niemals beim Arbeitstisch,
Schiebetisch, bei den Abrichttischen
oder an der Grundbahn anzuheben!
Gurten und Ketten nur am Ständer
befestigen!
Achtung !
Hebemittel müssen auf ausreichende
Tragekraft überprüft, und gegen seitli-
ches Abrutschen gesichert werden!
Das Abladen kann mittels
• Gabelstapler
• Hubwagen
• Kran
• Fahreinrichtung
erfolgen.
Wir empfehlen die Maschine mit der
optionalen Fahreinrichtung von der
Palette zu fahren.
Diese Fahreinrichtung muß erst auf die
Maschine geschraubt werden.

Transport / unloading
The machines CF 731(S) and
CF 741(S) are supplied completely
assembled.
The sliding table must be set up in
accordance with the cutting length.
See Section S01
Never lift the machine by the working,
sliding or joining tables, or by the bed
track when unloading!
Belts and chains may only be attached
to the stand!
Attention!
Ensure that the lifting gear used has
an adequate capacity and that the
load is secured against lateral slippa-
ge!
Unloading can be performed using
• Forklift
• Pallet jack
• Crane
• Rolling carriage
We recommend removing the machi-
ne from its pallet with the optional rol-
ling carriage.
This rolling carriage must be bolted to
the machine beforehand.

Trasporto / Scarico
Le macchine CF 731(S) e CF 741(S)
vengono fornite completamente mon-
tate.
La tavola scorrevole deve essere mon-
tata a seconda della lunghezza di
taglio.
Vedere capitolo S01
Durante lo scarico fare attenzione a
non sollevare mai la macchina dal
piano di lavoro, dalla tavola scorrevo-
le o dal supporto inferiore.
Fissare le cinghie e le catene solo ai
montanti!
Attenzione!
Controllare che i mezzi di sollevamen-
to abbiano sufficiente forza portante e
che siano assicurati contro lo scivola-
mento laterale.
Lo scarico può essere effettuato tramite
• fork lift
• carrello elevatore
• gru
• dispositivo di traslazione
Si raccomanda di muovere la macchi-
na dal pallet con il dispositivo di tras-
lazione opzionale.
Questo dispositivo di traslazione
dev’essere prima avvitato alla macchi-
na.
