Umrüsten von Abrichten auf
Dickten und umgekehrt
Zum Umrüsten von Abrichten auf
Dickten müssen Sie beide Abrichtti-
sche Ihrer Maschine aufklappen.
ACHTUNG !
Bei den AD 7 Modellen muß der
Hobelanschlag vor dem Aufklappen
der Abrichttische vor dem Sicherungs-
bolzen B am Flachkoppelsystem ste-
hen !
Öffnen Sie die Exzenterhebel E und
ziehen sie heraus. Siehe Abb. 08
Öffnen Sie nun die Abrichttische mit
den Griffen G bis der Sperriegel R
einrastet.
Zum Schließen der Abrichttische klap-
pen Sie zuerst den Riegel R vor und
klappen die Abrichttische zu, und
klemmen sie mit den Exzenterhebeln E
wieder fest.
Die kombinierte Späneabsaughaube A
wird aus der Abrichtposition in die
Dicktenposition aufgeschwenkt bis sie
beim Rastbolzen H einrastet.

Wenn Sie die Späneabsaughaube
wieder abklappen wollen, so ziehen
Sie den Haubenrastbolzen H heraus
und schwenken die Haube ab.
Stellen Sie zuerst sicher daß der Dick-
tentisch mindestens auf 190mm
Durchlaßhöhe steht !

Changeover from joining to
planing and vice versa
To change from joining to planing,
you must tilt up both joiner tables of
your machine.
ATTENTION!
Before tilting up the joiner tables on
the AD7 models, the joiner fence must
be positioned in front of the safety bolt
B on the flat coupling system!
Open the eccentric lever E and pull it
outward.
See fig. 08
Open the joiner tables with the levers
G until the bolt R snaps in.
To close the joiner tables, retract bolt
R and lower the joiner tables, and
reclamp them securely with the eccen-
tric levers E.
The combined chip collector hood is
rotated from the joiner position to the
planer position until it snaps into place
at the hood catch H.
See fig. 09
If you want to lower the chip collector
hood again, retract the hood catch H
and rotate the hood down.
First ensure that the planer table
height is set to minimum 190 mm!

Passaggio dalla pialla a filo
alla pialla a spessore e vice-
versa
Per passare dalla pialla a filo alla
pialla a spessore si devono alzare i
due tavoli di lavoro verso l`alto e
all`indietro.
ATTENZIONE!
Prima di aprire i piani di lavoro dei
modelli AD 7 bisogna acertarsi
che la guida pialla sia posizionata
davanti alla sicura B sul bordo di
blaccaggio paralello.
Apri ora la maniglia pressalegno ad
eccentrico E estraendo la maniglia.

Adesso puo agrire i piani con i manici
G tirandogli an alto finquando
la sicura R é in posizione di bloccag-
gio.
Per chiudere i piani per la piallatura a
filo tiri la sicura R verso di sé
abassando poi i piani e fissandogli
con le maniglie ecentrici E.
La cuffia d`aspirazione combinata
viene spostata dalla posizione di
pialla a filo alla posizione di pialla a
spessore innestandosi nel bullone
d`arresto H. Vedere figura 09
Per orientare nuovamente la cuffia
d`aspirazione tirate in fuori il bullone
d`arresto H e spostatela.
Asicuratevi prima che il tavolo della
pialla a filo abbia almeno 190 mm di
passaggio in altezza !
