Wartung und Service
Alle Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und
Einstellarbeiten dürfen an der
Maschine nur bei ausgeschaltenem
Hauptschalter durchgeführt werden.
Die Nichtdurchführung der angeführ-
ten Wartungsarbeiten führt zum
Garantieverlust !

Reinigung
Es empfiehlt sich die Maschine selbst,
insbesondere die Abricht- und Dick-
tentischflächen sowie den Bohrtisch
täglich von Staub und Spänen zu rei-
nigen.
Die richtigen Reinigungs- und Pflege-
mittel sind als Zubehör erhältlich.

Täglich Funktion testen und wenn
notwendig Harzreste entfernen.
Sie müssen nach Anheben von
selbst wieder zurückfallen.

Monatlich, spätestens aber bei
Druckstellen im Hobelbild oder bei
schlechtem Einzug, von Harzresten
reinigen.

Längs- und Tiefenführungen mit
einem Lappen reinigen.

Maintenance and upkeep
All maintenance, upkeep and adjust-
ment measures may only be perfor-
med with the main switch of the
machine turned off.
Failure to perform the prescribed
maintenance will invalidate the war-
ranty !

Cleaning
We recommend cleaning the machine
of dust and chips daily, especially the
joiner and thickness planer table sur-
faces.
The required cleaning and care pro-
ducts are available as accessories.

Test function daily and remove tra-
ces of resin as required.
When lifted, the guards must drop
back into position by their own
weight.
Test their function before each use.
• Feed rollers T
(Fig. 27)
Remove traces of resin monthly,
when depressions appear in the pla-
ned workpieces, or in the event of
poor feed.
• Drilling support guides F
(Fig. 28)
Clean longitudinal and depth guides
with a cloth.
Do not grease!!

Manutenzione e Assistenza
Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione e
regolazione della macchina possono
solo essere effettuate con interruttore
principale disinserito.
La non-esecuzione delle operazioni di
manutenzione riportate comporterà
la scadenza della garanzia !

Pulizia
Si raccomanda di pulire ogni giorno
la macchina togliendo polvere e tru-
cioli, specialmente sulle superfici dei
banchi di piallatura a filo e a spessore
e di quello di foratura.
I corretti prodotti detergenti e per la
manutenzione sono disponibili tra gli
accessori.

Controllare quotidianamente il fun-
zionamento e se necessario rimuo-
vere i resti di resina.
Dopo il sollevamento devono rica-
dere da sè.
Controllare il funzionamento prima
di ogni utilizzazione

Rimuovere mensilmente i resti di
resina ed in ogni caso se si verifi-
cano punti di resistenza durante la
piallatura o un cattivo inserimento.

Pulire con un panno le guide longi-
tudinali e di profondità.
Non ingrassare!!
