Shaping of molding

In general, the shaping of molding
corresponds to the shaping of straight
edges along the entire workpiece
length.
Countless molding alternatives are
available through the use of angle
and height adjustments combined with
a variety of cutter heads and molding
cutters.

Shaping with the high-speed
spindle
See fig. 20 / 21
This machine can be equipped with a
high-speed spindle.
Exchange the spindle as described in
F01-2.4) and mount the included belt
on the highest step.
Either the shaper fence or the curve
shaping guard is used for protection.
The high-speed spindle is particularly
suitable for jobs such as finger joints
or copy shaping.

Fresatura dei profili

In linea di massima, la fresatura di
profili corrisponde alla “fresatura del
lato longitudinale” precedentemente
descritta.
Impiegando la regolazione degli
angoli e dell’altezza insieme con le
diverse teste di fresatura e lame profi-
late, è possibile produrre innumerevoli
profili diversi.

Fresatura con albero toupie ad
alta velocità

La macchina può essere equipaggiata
con un albero toupie ad alta velocità.
Sostituire l`albero come in F01-2.4) e
posizionare la cinghia fornita sullo
stadio superiore del numero di giri.
Come dispositivo di protezione si utili-
zza il guidapezzo di fresatura o la
protezione per fresatura curva.
Con l`albero toupie ad alta velocità si
possono eseguire molto bene p.es.
lavori d’incastro o riproduzione.

Fräsen von Profilen

Grundsätzlich entspricht das Profilfrä-
sen dem vorhin besprochenen »Fräsen
der Längsseite«.
Es ergeben sich unzählige Profilmög-
lichkeiten, durch den Einsatz der Win-
kel- und Höhenverstellung in Verbin-
dung mit den verschiedenen Fräsköp-
fen und Profilmessern.

Fräsen mit der Hochgeschwin-
digkeitsspindel

Die Maschine kann mit einer Hochge-
schwindigkeitsspindel ausgestattet
werden.
Die Spindel wie in F01-2.4) tauschen
und den mitgelieferten Riemen auf die
oberste Drehzahlstufe legen.
Als Schutzvorrichtung dient der Frä-
sanschlag oder der Anlauffrässchutz.
Besonders gut lassen sich mit der
Hochgeschwindigkeitsspindel z.B.
Zink- oder Kopierfräsarbeiten durch-
führen.
