Shaping with power feed

We recommend using a removable
feed mechanism for shaping larger
workpieces on the fence or for work in
series.
This will provide greater convenience
and improve the quality of your work
as well as your own safety.
The use of a removable power feed
unit is only permissible, however, if
the feed unit is automatically switched
on and off with the machine, i.e. if the
machine is equipped with a switched
socket.
Please refer to the FELDER accessory
catalog for the different feed models.
The feed unit is bolted to the machine
table on the F 700 (Z) spindle shaper.
You must use a tilting support on com-
bined machines, so the table surface
can be cleared for other tasks and the
feed unit tilted under the table surface.

Fresatura con trascinatore

Nel lavori di fresatura sul guidapezzo,
con pezzi più grandi o lavori di serie,
si raccomanda di usare un trascinato-
re removibile.
In tal modo la qualità e il comfort del
lavoro e la sicurezza personale ven-
gono aumentati.
L’impiego di un trascinatore removibi-
le è però solo ammesso se l’alimenta-
tore viene inserito e disinserito auto-
maticamente con la macchina, vale a
dire, se la macchina è provvista di
una presa collegata.

contenuti nel catalogo accessori
FELDER.
Nella toupie F 700 (Z) l’apparecchio
di alimentazione viene fissato al piano
macchina. Nelle macchine combinate
è necessario utilizzare un dispositivo
di ribaltamento, in modo che il piano
della tavola resti libero per altre ope-
razioni e l’alimentatore possa essere
spostato sotto al livello della tavola.

Fräsen mit Vorschubapparaten

Bei Fräsarbeiten am Anschlag wird
bei größeren Werkstücken oder bei
Serienarbeiten die Benutzung eines
abnehmbaren Vorschubapparates
empfohlen.
Die Qualität der Arbeit, der Arbeits-
komfort und die eigene Sicherheit
werden dadurch erhöht.
Die Benutzung eines abnehmbaren
Vorschubapparates ist jedoch nur
erlaubt, wenn der Vorschub automa-
tisch mit der Maschine ein- und aus-
geschalten wird, d.h. wenn die
Maschine mit einer geschaltenen
Steckdose ausgerüstet ist.

entnehmen Sie bitte dem FELDER-
Zubehörkatalog.
Das Vorschubgerät wird bei der Fräs-
maschine F 700 (Z) am Maschinen-
tisch festgeschraubt. Bei den kombi-
nierten Maschinen ist die Verwendung
einer Abklappvorrichtung notwendig,
sodaß die Tischebene für andere
Arbeitsgänge frei bleiben kann und
das Vorschubgerät unter die Tischebe-
ne abgeschwenkt werden kann.
