Manutenzione
Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione e
regolazione della macchina possono
solo essere effettuate con interruttore
principale disinserito.
La non esecuzione delle operazioni di
manutenzione riportate comporterà la
scadenza della garanzia.

Pulizia / Lubrificazione

Si raccomanda di pulire ogni giorno
la macchina togliendo polvere e tru-
cioli, specialmente sulle superfici della
tavola e delle guide. I corretti prodotti
detergenti e per la manutenzione sono
disponibili tra gli accessori.
• Vite di regolazione altezza H / vite
orientabile S
Rimuovere i vecchi residui di grasso
e lubrificare nuovamente la vite con
grasso per macchine.
Ruotare la toupie completamente in
alto e in basso e/o orientarla da 0°
a 45°.
Intervallo:
Ogni 40 ore di funzionamento,
almeno 1x mese e/o in caso di
accesso difficoltoso
• Piastra orientabile P / Guida rego-
lazione altezza F
Rimuovere i vecchi residui di grasso e
lubrificare nuovamente la guida ori-
entabile P con grasso per macchine.

Cleaning / lubrication

We recommend cleaning the machine
of dust and chips daily, especially the
table and guide surfaces.
The required cleaning and care pro-
ducts are available as accessories.
• Height spindle H / swivel spindle S
Remove old grease residue and
lubricate the spindle with fresh
machine grease.
Move the shaper up and down and
swivel from 0° to 45°.
Interval:
Every 40 operating hours, at least
once a month or in the event of slug-
gish action.
• Swivel plate P / height guide F
Remove old grease residue and
lubricate the swivel guide P with
fresh machine grease.
Interval:
Every 40 operating hours, at least
once a month or in the event of slug-
gish action.

Wartung und Instandhaltung
Alle Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und
Einstellarbeiten dürfen an der Maschi-
ne nur bei ausgeschaltenem Haupt-
schalter durchgeführt werden.
Die Nichtdurchführung der angeführ-
ten Wartungsarbeiten führt zum
Garantieverlust !

Reinigen / Schmieren
Siehe Abb. 30 / 31
Es empfiehlt sich die Maschine selbst,
insbesondere die Tisch- und Führungs-
flächen täglich von Staub und Spänen
zu reinigen.
Die richtigen Reinigungs- und Pflege-
mittel sind als Zubehör erhältlich.
• Höhenspindel H / Schwenkspindel S
Alte Fettrückstände entfernen und
Spindel mit Maschinenfett neu
abschmieren.
Fräse ganz nach oben und unten
drehen bzw. von 0° auf 45°
schwenken.
Intervall:
Alle 40 Betriebsstunden, mindestens
1x monatlich bzw bei Schwergän-
gigkeit
• Schwenkplatte P / Höhenführung F
Alte Fettrückstände entfernen und
Schwenkführung P mit Maschinenfett
neu abschmieren.
