• Shaper spindle bearing
(Fig. 32)
Lubricate the upper and lower sha-
per spindle bearings with half a
pump from a grease gun each.
The same applies for the high-speed
spindle.
Attention!
Lubricate the shaper spindle bearings
with high-performance grease, order
no. 10.2.001 only!
The use of other lubricating greases
will damage the bearings!
Interval:
Every 20 operating hours, at least
once a month or in the event of slug-
gish action.
• Cuscinetto albero toupie
(fig. 32)
Lubrificare il cuscinetto superiore e
inferiore del albero toupie con 1/2
corsa di leva dell’ingrassatore a
siringa.
Vale anche per il albero toupie ad
alta velocità
Attenzione!
Per la lubrificazione dei cuscinetti
albero toupie può essere solo utilizza-
to il grasso ad elevate prestazioni -n.
ordine 10.2.001.
L’impiego di altri grassi lubrificanti
comporterà danni ai cuscinetti.
Intervallo:
Ogni 20 ore di funzionamento,
almeno 1x mese e/o in caso di
accesso difficoltoso

Oberes und unteres Frässpindella-
ger mit 1/2 Hebelweg der Fettpres-
se abschmieren.
Gilt auch für Hochgeschwindigkeits-
spindel.
Achtung!
Zum Schmieren der Frässpindellager
darf ausschließlich das Hochleistungs-
fett Best. Nr. 10.2.001 verwendet
werden!
Die Verwendung anderer Schmierfette
führt zu Lagerschäden!
Intervall:
Alle 20 Betriebsstunden, mindestens
1x monatlich bzw bei Schwergän-
gigkeit
