is a studio-style compressor pedal that evens out
your bass’s dynamic range, creating a more
consistent output level by taming the difference
between high- and low-volume signals.
Its studio-style RMS compression delivers
smoother response by acting on the player’s
“average” playing volume rather than just the loud
peaks; making quiet sounds louder and loud
sounds quieter. The result is very even, smooth-act-
ing compression that ideally accentuates natural
playing dynamics.
Straightforward controls include Compression and
Level knobs, Ratio and Release switches with dual
presets crafted by bassists for bassists, and a
Blend knob that mixes the clean signal back in to
the prefered level—perfect for preserving the
player’s original attack and groove.
