3.2.1. DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTIONS ON DISPLAY C
Display C is the only display where the symbols have additional functions. In order to access these
functions, touch and press the symbol on the screen. See below a list of the symbols and the functions.
3.2.1.1. SYMBOL 9. TEMPERATURE SETTINGS FOR COFFEE WATER BOILERS/ STEAM BOILER/ GROUP
BOILER
Symbol 9 gives access to the different temperature settings of the machine, such as the coffee water
boilers, the steam boiler and the groups. You can change the unit, choosing between Celsisus (ºC)
(preset) or Fahrenheit (ºF).
Press on the symbol to see the different temperatures.
When you press any of the temperature symbols, the set temperature is show non the display. In order
to change the value, press the arrow keys: for increase, for decrease. Press in order to save
the setting and to pass to the next menu item. In order to exit the menu, press .
When you press the steam boiler symbol, the display shows 122 ºC (preset). In order to change this value,
please proceed as described in the paragraph.
When you press the symbol of the coffee water boilers, the display shows the set temperature for the
coffee water boiler belonging to group 1 (leftmost) 92 ºC (preset). In order to advance to the other coffee
water boilers, use the arrow keys: forward or backward. , In order to change this value, please
proceed as described in the paragraph.
