How to fix leaks in Finn Farm Equipment?
    • V
      vfordAug 10, 2025
If your Finn Farm Equipment is experiencing leaks, several issues could be the cause. A lack of lubrication may have worn the seal, so replace the seal and follow the lubrication schedule. Ensure bolts are tightened uniformly to 25 lb–ft (34 N•m). Replace any rubber seals that are cracked, pinched, or torn, and always grease the seal before clamping shut. If the pressure lubricator is not serviced, replace the pump seal and service the automatic pressure lubricator daily. Replace any bad O-rings, using grease during replacement. Finally, replace any worn or missing gaskets.

If your Finn Farm Equipment is experiencing plugging or clogging, start by clearing any obstructions caused by foreign objects or de-watered fiber. Disengage (turn off) the slurry pump clutch. Remove the nozzle and clean the discharge nozzle. If the recirculation system isn't working, check the valve assembly, recirculation nozzle, and recirculation pipe. Clear the pump and remove any obstruction in the sump area.

How to prevent foam in Finn T90-II HydroSeeder Farm Equipment tank?
    • S
      Susan WilsonAug 23, 2025
If you notice foam in the tank and air entrainment in your Finn Farm Equipment, several actions can be taken. Slow the agitator. Add 2 to 3 oz. (59 to 89 ml) of an anti-foaming agent to the tank. If you identify an additive causing the issue, add it last or avoid using it, unless it is the water. Reduce recirculation time as much as possible.

Why does my Finn T90-II HydroSeeder Farm Equipment jump during operation?
    • J
      jhunterAug 29, 2025
If your Finn Farm Equipment jumps during operation, it could be due to the agitator being bent by a heavy object falling on it, in which case you should straighten the agitator shaft or shim it so it runs true. Another possible cause is loading wood fiber mulch into the tank before the tank is half full. Straighten the agitator paddle and realign the agitator to run true.

Why is my Finn Farm Equipment foaming and not spraying far?
    • A
      Abigail MartinezNov 4, 2025
If you observe foaming of the solution and a lack of distance with your Finn Farm Equipment, several factors could be at play. It could be due to sucking air in suction lines, so check all suction connections and ensure rubber seals are in good shape, greasing them before replacing clamps. Other potential causes include soft water, too much agitation, or the type of fertilizer being used. Try slowing the agitator or changing the fertilizer type. Refer to the TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR HYDROSEEDER SECTION for air entrainment issues. For low engine rpm (below 3,600 rpm – No load), consult an authorized engine dealer. If the pump is worn, reset the pump tolerance (refer to the PUMP MAINTENANCE SECTION). Clean nozzles, and replace them if necessary. Clean out the machine if the suction is partially ...
