Preparing the Vehicle for Transportation
CAUTION: If the vehicle's electrical systems are not functioning, then the
parking brake cannot be disengaged, and vehicle cannot be shifted out of
park position. In this case, wheeled dollies or skid pads must be used under all the
wheels to prevent vehicle damage.
The vehicle automatically applies the parking brake whenever the vehicle is in P
(Park) or it detects that the key fob is no longer in the vehicle.
