What do I do if the Fitbit stops working?
If for any reason the tracker stops working then reset the device. There are
two methods to do this.
Method 1:
1. Scroll up to settings
2. Click Reboot Device
3. Press screen and hold 3 seconds
4. After you see 0, stop holding
5. Then you will see a smiley face, meaning the Fitbit has been reset.
Method 2:
1. Charge the device
2. Press the button on the side
3. Hold the button for 5 seconds
4. Continue holding until a smiley face appears
