Before commencing repair work, the appliance must always be switched off and disconnected
from the power source. Both diodes on the front must have gone out before accessing electrical
components.
To make it easy to service the FRYER ADV, most electrical parts are mounted in a closed system behind the
front panel. Remove the front section using the screws that become visible when the doors are opened
(shown in red below). Because of the displays in the front, exercise caution after removing the screws. It is
advisable to place the front section on its front, with the front side facing the top of the doors (only applica-
ble to twin vat/2 door models). This allows access to all the control components.
After completing service work on the FRYER ADV, check and reattach all cables, making sure that they are
are secured and will not be trapped.
