BEFORE FIRST USE
Make sure you have removed all packaging
material from the product.
Check that all components are included. If
any piece is missing or damaged, contact
the Technical Assistance Service.
ATTENTION: Any debris inside the
portalter can compromise the quality of
the brewed coee and also cause it to be
unevenly distributed as it exits the spouts
of the portalter.
Do not place ground coee or any other
substance in the portalter. If you detect
ground coee or any other substance
inside the portalter, rinse the inside of the
portalter with abundant running water.
Low water indicator
When the buons for steam, double coee
and single coee blink and the machine
emits an alert sound, it means that the
water tank is empty.
Fill the water tank with water. Do not exceed
the MAX level marked on the water tank.
Place a container under the steam wand.
Rotate the steam adjustment knob to the
steam/hot water posion ( ). To ll the
circuit, wait unl water exits the wand.
Once water has exited the steam wand,
turn the steam adjustment knob to the
CLOSED ( ) posion.
NOTE – it is recommended to keep the
water in the tank above the minimum
(MIN) level.
First cleaning
Rotate the lid of the water tank backwards
with the help of the lateral ridges.
Fill the water tank with water. Do not exceed
the MAX level marked on the water tank.
Fit the portalter into the machine by
aligning the arm of the portalter with the
UNLOCKED ( ) symbol and rotang it unl
the arm of the portalter is aligned with the
LOCKED ( ) symbol.
Make sure that the arm of the portalter
is aligned with the LOCKED ( ) symbol to
ensure that it is well-secured.
Plug in the appliance and press the ON/
OFF buon. The machine will emit an alert
sound. The lighted single coee and double
coee indicators will turn on and the
machine will begin warming up.
Once the lighted single coee and double
coee indicators are steady, press the
single coee buon. The coee machine
