TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE SOLUTION
No coee comes
out.
There is no water in the tank
or it is not installed. The
machine has not warmed
up.
Fill the water tank and switch on the
appliance.
It is necessary that the machine is hot
before brewing coee.
No steam comes
out.
The steam tube is blocked.
The steam selector is not in
the correct posion or the
preheang process is not
complete.
Use a thin wire to introduce through
the steam tube and clean the inside
aer each use.
Turn the steam selector to the steam
posion and wait for the preheang
process to complete.
The coee is too
smooth.
The coee is not ground
suciently or not pressed
well.
Use another type of ground coee or
the doser/presser to press the coee
beer.
Coee not
properly brewed.
Too much or too lile coee
in the lter.
1 coee requires 1 teaspoon of coee
and must be pressed well. The coee
should not be too ground or too thick.
Coarse ground coee is dicult to
extract and too ne ground coee will
aect the quanty and quality of the
coee.
The appliance is
not frothing the
milk well.
The milk used is not suitable
for this funcon. The steam
funcon was acvated
before the indicator
illuminated.
Use whole milk.
Steam can only be used when the
steam indicator light stops ashing.
The coee
buons ash
very quickly.
The temperature rises
signicantly aer using the
steam funcon.
Allow the machine to cool down.
All buons on
the panel ash.
