16.2.2 Removing the battery
16.2.2.1 Procedure
Follow this procedure to remove the battery:
1. Push the release button for the battery compartment upwards.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Push the release lever for the battery downward.
Note In this image, the thumb obscures the actual release lever. The mechanism to
the right of the thumb is the locking mechanism for the battery compartment.
4. Pull out the battery from the battery compartment.
