Connect the handlebars to Flitescooter
Turn the handlebars upside down and place the Flite Controller wrist
strap over the bottom of the handlebars. Carefully slide the wrist
strap to the very top by holding onto Flite Controller.
With your other hand, lift the latch on the back of the Flite Controller
cavity. Place Flite Controller into the handlebar cavity and gently
push until you hear it click into place.

Before attempting to Flitescooter for the
first time, read this User Guide and pay
special attention to the warnings and
disclaimers. Most injuries can be avoided
by using proper technique when learning.

2 Wear a helmet and
Impact Vest / PFD
Wear an approved and certified helmet
and impact vest / PFD (Personal Flotation
Device) at all times.
There may be specific rules and legal
requirements in your location that also
apply.
3 Avoid contact with the wings
and Flite Jet
Avoid contact with the wings, mast and
Flite Jet, which all have sharp edges. Take
care to not kick the wings when climbing
on to the board.
4 Keep distance
Keep well clear of other water users at
all times. Check regulations for vessel
operating distance rules in your area.
Always be on the lookout for swimmers,
divers, other vessels or obstacles when
riding; they may be obscured by waves
or glare.
5 Release the throttle
Release the thumb throttle immediately
on committing yourself to a fall.
This will stop the motor and reduce
the forces which could otherwise lead
to a more extreme crash. Practice this
skill when learning with the goal of
stopping the motor before you hit the
water in a fall.
