of reach of children at all times, whether the battery is new or
used. These batteries can cause severe or fatal injuries in 2
hours or less if swallowed or placed inside any
part of the body.
If it is suspected a button/coin cell battery has been swallowed
or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical
attention or contact your local Poisons Information Centre.
Dispose of used button/coin cell batteries immediately. Place
sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose in an
outside bin, out of reach of children, or recycle safely.
