5 TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
• The device does not turn on…
o Check that the power cables are properly connected
o Verify that the mains electrical power is functioning
• The display does not light up…
o Adjust the display’s brightness and contrast
• Chemical measurement is not working…
o Check the connection of the probe
o Check the connection of the probe support
o Perform the calibration procedure as described in the manual
o Replace the probe
• The mA output does not change…
o Check the connections of the cables
o Use the “Manual Control” Main Menu to check whether the output produces the desired
effect.
o Check the electrical characteristics of the remote device (Maximum load 500 ohms)
• The relays do not work…
o Check that the instrument is properly powered
o Check the settings in the main menu
• The voltage at the DC input does not block the instrument…
o Check the electrical connections
o Check whether the remote generator is functioning properly.
Note: If any malfunction should persist, please contact your supplier.
