Program the new values for DELTA (delta), R0 (rzero), and ALPHA (alpha) into the
instrument (see Section 6.12, Calibration Parameters on page 27 and Figure 5 on page
21).
9.2.3 Accuracy and Repeatability
Check the accuracy of the dry-well at various points over the calibration range. If dry-
well does not pass specication at all set-points, repeat the Calibration Procedure.
