The channel mode is set to ALT N with N=1 (see Section 7.1.3.) Note that each
measurement is preceded by the channel number.
7.6.3.1 Setup
With the SETUP soft-key you can program the disk sampling parameters. You
can specify the file number, the sample period (in seconds), and whether to re-
cord the time or date with the measurements. When you press the key, a win-
dow appears allowing you to set these parameters.
PERIOD is the interval, in seconds, between recorded measurements. You may
set it to a specific value or you can set it to AUTO. If you set the period to
AUTO, each new measurement will be recorded as soon as it is available. The
period will be the same as the sample interval set in SAMPLE TIMING (see
Section 7.2.3). Using AUTO will insure that you record every measurement and
will record samples with a more precise interval.
