Select the voicemail message to play.
2. Press the Play softkey.
Deleting a voicemail message
To delete a voicemail message:
1.
Select the voicemail message to delete.
2. Press the Delete softkey.
The extensions voicemail PIN will be required in order to access Visual Voicemail.
Further options are available for visual voicemail messages by pressing the More
softkey:

Item Description
Dial Places a return call to the number that left the
selected voicemail message.
Mark As Read Places selected voicemail message in the Old folder.
Mark As New Places selected voicemail message in the New
folder.
Remove All From This Number Deletes all voicemail messages left by the same
number from all folders.
Delete All Deletes all voicemail messages from all folders.
