Programmable keys
For information on how to configure the programmable keys, please consult the FortiVoice Phone System
Administration Guide.
Each of the programmable keys uses a LED light to display certain statuses:
Line (account on phone)
LED Description
Solid green Line is idle.
Slow flashing green Line is ringing.
Solid red Line is in use.
Slow flashing red Line is not registered with FortiVoice.
Solid yellow Do Not Disturb is enable on line.
Slow flashing yellow Line is on hold.
Extension appearance
LED Description
Solid green Extension is idle.
Slow flashing green Extension is ringing.
Solid red Extension is in use.
Off Extension is not registered.
Solid yellow Do Not Disturb is enabled on extension.
Slow flashing yellow Extension has a call on hold.
Line appearance
LED Description
Solid green Line is idle.
Slow flashing green Line is ringing.
Solid red Line is in use.
Slow flashing red Line is not registered with FortiVoice.
Slow flashing yellow Line is on hold.
