Use the Allen Wrench (66) to unscrew the x2 Screws (9), x2 Spring Washers (8) and x2 Arc
Washers (7) from the Handlebar Post (5).
Attach the Handlebar (6) to the Handlebar Post (5) with x2 Screws (9), x2 Spring Washers (8)
and x2 Arc Washers (7). Tighten with Allen Wrench (66).
