1-2 Wildfire 2: Requirements
The Wildfire and TX9 remote control are shipped without batteries.
The Wildfire digital game call requires 4 ‘AA’ batteries. FOXPRO
typically recommends the use of high-quality alkaline batteries for the
best performance.
Installing Batteries in the Wildfire 2
1. Access the battery compartment by removing the door on the
side of the Wildfire 2. Once the door is removed, locate the
black plastic battery tray. This tray features four cavities for the
4 ‘AA’ batteries. The tray is connected to a power cable inside
of the Wildfire 2. You may unplug this cable and remove the
tray from the caller during battery installation. Never attach a
9V battery to the Wildfire 2.
2. Place the batteries into each battery cavity while observing
polarity as indicated.
3. Reconnect the power cable to the tray and place the tray back
into the Wildfire 2.
4. Secure the door back to the Wildfire 2.
