Invoice and warranty card are required for service within the warranty period, otherwise all
repair costs will be charged. FOXTR will repair or replace at our option to the original
purchaser, free of charge, any of the warranty included items being examined by an authorized
representative of FOXTR and found defective in material and/or workmanship. For repair
beyond the warranty period, material costs will be charged, whereas the purchaser shall
undertake the costs of transport.
