How to fix power issues with my FOXTR Wheelchair?

  If you're experiencing power issues with your FOXTR Wheelchair, consider the following: * Check the connection of the control panel and the motor connector. Re-plug the 4 – pin plug into the battery connector at the side of the chair. * If the power is cutting off automatically, the batteries may be low. Recharge the batteries within 2 hours, and charge for 10-12 hours. * Inspect the 3 – pin plug connecting to the battery. Pull out the battery and check the contact for any fault and re-insert the battery.

Why is the LED light flashing on my FOXTR Wheelchair?

  The LED light may flash for several reasons: * The lowest level LED light flashes, indicating low battery power. Recharge the batteries immediately. * The second level LED light flashes, meaning the control panel isn't delivering a control signal. Reconnect the plugs of the two ends of the control panel cable, or replace the control panel. * The third level LED light flashes, which means the batteries are being charged. Do not use the chair; an electronic drive locking device prevents operation during charging. * The fourth level LED light flashes, indicating a motor connection failure.
