If the hopper in your Franke Dispenser is empty but error message Err04 isn't showing, the "Low product" sensor may be soiled. Clean the "Low product" sensor.

If the basket symbol on your Franke Dispenser isn't lighting up, it means the dispenser lane is switched off. Press the ON/OFF button for 4 seconds until the button LEDs light up.

Why can't I change the load size on my Franke Dispenser?
You can't change the load size on the Franke Dispenser operator panel if the filling process isn't finished yet. The filling process is complete when the BASKET symbol LEDs light up and [Ready] appears on the screen. Then you can change the load size.
