2.3 Safety equipment
2.3.1 General
Apart from the warning symbols applied to the deep fryer (depending upon the country) it is also fitted with the following
safety equipment:
> Main switch
> Safety contactors
> Safety thermostat
2.3.2 Main switch
The main switch disconnects the deep fryer from the mains and connects it up again.
