FIRST CHECK
3. Check the functionality of the safety device of the base (Only for 1.650mm Turntables) (Fig.1)
4. Check the functionality of the machine’s SAFETY PROTECTIONS (Fig.2)

5. Check the functionality of the safety device and the protections on the Carriages

Press the bracket.

Open the door.

stretch. Open the doors.
6. Check the functionality of the microswitch (Fig.1) in the top position of the of the mast (Fig.2) and
in the bottom position of the mast (Fig.3)

7. Check operation of the switches for mast/carriage/turntable inverter and (Fig.1 / 2 / 3)

(Q1) Switch Inverter
If you close this switch, power at
all inverter is closed (look Els).

(Q2) Switch Inverter
If you close this switch, power at
all inverter is closed (look Els).

Contactor
When the machine is switch on,
the contactor it is in “I”.
When the machine is switch off or
alarms (safety) occurred the
contactor it is in “O”.
