CAUTION!
- First of all, turn the network switch off and lock it before performing any maintenance operations
on the machine.
- Make sure that no other person starts the machine.
- Make sure that the protective guards, etc. are reassembled when the machine is reactivated.
The system can last a long time with preventive maintenance operations. This means that the machine’s
various components must be regularly monitored every week, every month, every six months or every
year.
The operating lift of the machine is affected by the environmental conditions. The indicated frequency of
maintenance operations is valid for normal operating conditions (8 hours a day, at 20°C, in a clean
environment).
In harsher environmental conditions, we recommend you increase the frequency of the maintenance
operations.
Keep all rotating components clean.
FILM RESIDUE
The machine must be cleaned every day.
NEVER use solvents when cleaning the machine. To remove dust or particles that have deposited
during the format change operations, do not use compressed air: use only rags and suction devices.
Check there are no film or packaging residues in the brake system, if there are remove them.
