MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Daily maintenance operations
- Clean the carriage’s photocell (Fig.1);
- Keep the Pre-stretch rollers clean (Fig.2);
- Check operation of the sensors, especially the safety ones;

IMPORTANT NOTE!
Maintenance and replacement of original spare parts must be documented in an maintenance booklet.
The engineers in charge must fill an maintenance booklet.
Each additional special maintenance operation must also be documented.
The lack of maintenance or incorrect maintenance can affect the warranty conditions and machine
safety.
Monthly maintenance operations / Check
- Check whether the central screws (1) of the turntable are still locked;
- Slowly move the disk with your feet;
- If the disk has clearance on the central bearing then the bolts must be locked;
- Carefully secure the disk with lock tide no. 243.
