ERRORS DURING OPERATION
THE CARRIAGE DOES NOT STOP AT THE LOWER OR UPPER LIMIT STOP MICROSWITCH
Problem suggestion
Possible solution
- Micro switches are not connected
properly or it is malfunctioning
- Check the wiring
- Replace the micro switch (Fig 1)
- Carriage doesn’t wrap at turntable level
- Check the position of the lower bracket and
eventually adjust in less position, it is enough
unscrews two bolts to adjust it (Fig.2)

Should the problem persist, contact the Customer After-Sales Service of MANUFACTURER
THE FILM BREAKS
Problems detected
Possible solutions
- Film Stretch or Pre-stretch too high
- Check the Stretch and Pre-stretch value.
- Check the quality of the film.
- The film does not work correctly
- Check whether the film has been fed correctly.
If the problem persists, contact the company’s after-sales customer service
THE MACHINE DOES NOT STOP WHEN THE EMERGENCY BUTTON HAS BEEN PRESSED
Problems detected
Possible solutions
- The Emergency circuit does not work
- Check the circuit
- The RESET button does not work
- Check if there are other errors or faults that
prevent correct reset (Fig.2)
- Re-arm the emergency mushroom button
